Carpets are usually dry to touch within 2–4 hours. We recommend avoiding foot traffic until fully dry, but you’ll often find they’re ready to walk on the same day.

Once equipment is set up, it’s around 15 minutes per room. A 4-room clean generally takes about 1.5 hours.

We have the best equipment and chemicals available. If a stain can be cleaned, we’ll make it happen. In saying that, some stains (like bleach burns or long-set dyes) cannot be fixed, we’ll always do our best efforts and be honest about what’s possible.

• For bond cleans: rooms must be empty of furniture.

• For routine cleans: we’ll move beds where possible (depending on frame type) to clean under them.

• We don’t move heavy items like wardrobes, large TV cabinets, or delicate electronics.

Please pick up small items from the floor, clear areas you want cleaned, and let us know about any special stains or problem areas. We’ll handle the professional vacuum and pre-treating when we arrive.

Yes, we use fibre-safe methods for wool and delicate fabrics, adjusting heat, moisture and chemistry to protect the fibres.

We treat the carpet fibres, backing and underlay where possible, then neutralise odours. While some long-set stains can permanently damage dyes, odour and hygiene usually improve significantly.
